i have 8 of these jewels that I can't bring myself to get rid of.  I think they perform better today than when new.   i would love to speed a few of them up.  Maybe make a few of them 6:1 and a few 7:1. Does anyone know if gearsets from other shimano reels will work in these.  I'm sure some of the more recent sets won't work because they are the HEG sets. Shimano doesn't offer me any help.  I had 2 of them that were 3.8 that i switched to 5;1. 

The 200 B was made in a 6.2:1 gear ratio, so there should be some gear sets out there.     I would try contacting DadsOleTackle, his phone number is 936-264-4167, they are in Conroe TX.   He would be a good source for the harder to find Shimano parts.
