I've noticed recently that I get all twitchy fingered when I fish the Carolina rig.I cast it out and let it hit bottom.I run my left index finger under the line to feel contact and bites...my hands shake like crazy...I can't figure it out. Doesn't happen any other time...like when in throwing a Dropshot or T rig.

I've gotten bites on the C-rig, mostly on the sinker...but since I changed to MOJO sinkers I get nuthin...no pecks, no sniffers...could this shakiness be over anxiousness, over preparedness or what...anyone else get this?

If you hold your hands out flat do they shake noticeably or is this only when your fishing?

You may just be developing an unsteady hand as you, excuse me for saying this, get older.

Just chill out. Simple as that. Fishing is fun and relaxing. Enjoy it. Just have fun and keep it chill.

Learn to control it.  I went to college (electronics) with a guy who was one of the shakiest people I ever knew, but man could he make perfect solder connections on tiny circuit boards.

I have a condition called Essential Tremors.  Everybody has them, but my brain has started misfiring and the normally invisible tremors are multiplied by a great deal.  Those of you who have fished with me have witnessed my dilemma.  I have spent as much as fifteen minutes trying to tie a Palomar, but five minutes is my average.  That why I fish with snaps on the end of my line.  It's much easier for me to change baits that way.  Thankfully, when I have to retie, my fishing partner of the day has never failed to help me out.

I am the same way when fishing after catching a fish and making the next couple of cast. Especially when fishing in a tournament. It doesn't really bother me, in fact I kinda enjoy it. The day catching fish stops being fun is the day that I stop fishing.
