Light gear and a Rebel Big Hopper was all I needed today to capture my biggest bluegill to date! This thing fought like a champ!!! I've caught some nice panfish this year, but this one takes the cake.....it'll be tough but I hope to catch an even bigger be this year....this fish was a pie plate!!

    He was 10", maybe a little more.......but massive in height.....

    Love those big gills when they get that big humped forehead. You know they're getting big when they look like that!
