Say Ahhh...

Featured Replies

I couldn't believe I got this ole Gal in the boat 'cause my Jig fell out of her lip when I lifted her over the side  ;)  She was apparently hooked well during the tussle thrashing the surface twice before settling down. A 1oz Grn Pmp Seibert Big O brush jig and Falcon Craw Rage Lobster trailer is working wonders and especially on the deep fish. Shallow ones seem to like lighter colors recently.

I'm fishing open water rocks and drops with very little brush and using 25# Fluoro, so I'm trimming out several strands of the brush guard to improve the hooksets prior to getting them wet. Summer's still Hot here in Tx and hope some of you are getting on a good early Fall bite!
