In!!! Sorta lol.

So I had a another pretty great day of fishing up here in North Florida, once again. Not only did I get ZERO bites, but I lost one of my setups somewhere on the lake. Fell out of the boat and I didnt even know. Revo STX on a Mojo Bass rod. 

 

Doesn't surprise me one bit. I cant get a break.

Tomorrow I get my new trolling motor, Sunday I go floating for some monsters. Gonna be a iffy day depending on what the weather has in store for us down here this weekend. I will be frogging it HARD. Since I will be able to get around a lot faster now, hopefully this will help me cover some more areas faster.

My niece's bday party is sunday and outside at a park....

Well, it's my first month participating and I'm excited so I'm posting my two little 12" bass so I can say I'm on the board lol . We only get about 45 minutes after work on a weekday so if we don't get right on them there's not a lot of time for adjustment.

I know what you mean I have limited time in the morning usually about an hour. Last two mornings been trying to get a read with nothing to show. Gonna to have to switch tactics I think

Yea the time change may have me switch to mornings although...that might not go over well .

I must admit I was not cool under pressure today lol.  I looked like a hot mess trying to take the picture of my mini's .  At least I broke the ice.  Hopefully we will get back at it this weekend.

Oh sorry! One was a 5" wacky rigged senko in watermelon red and green I think and the second was a wacky rigged shim-e stick in smokey shad...which is what I caught the 6# on last month same spot .

You see they caught this guy Nev using te same fish from past last month lol some guy did some investigating

I'm not saying he is guilty or not but if you uploaded the wrong pic you would have said that. It wouldn't take someone else to go back and investigate and then you say oh I uploaded the wrong picture or someone else's did for me lol I dont think he said that you might have.

He probably spent all day today trying to catch a fish that matches that length lol. That was a smooth move using the same fish and take a picture one way on his homemade ruler and then flip it over take a pic the other way but he forgot to clean off the dirt so his boys caught him lol

I know that's hilarious though. See what I do is I have my pics on my phone. I take 2 pics me holding fish and one with measure. After I post the pics of the measure here I delete it off my phone so I don't have that problem.

But that's hilarious! By moving the fish and taking another picture that's intent those NE boys don't play lol

Ak, it does look pretty compelling, and it does look a little suspicious. Let's see how this plays out, and learn from their unfortunate experience. In the mean time, let the NE group sort through that issue, and let us focus on fishing.

Local tourneys. He was banned from all clubs and tourneys in the area. He was stuffing the fish with sinkers. He got caught because the fish was coughing up lead weights while they were trying to weigh the fish. Dumb ass.

Sweet finally broke the dry spell, went out a lunch time and managed to catch one about 11". I took a pic of it next to my rod, will need to get a pic of the tape measure against the rod for verification. Caught on a watermelon green tuscaroran tpl needle worm 8" t-rigged weightless.

Sadly, this happens every once in while. I read story some time ago about an angler who caught his top 5 fish a day before his tournament started. The angler proceeded to leave the 5 fish well anchored on a stringer. His planned was foiled when another angler, happen to get snagged on this guys stringer, and he found the 5 fish. This angler told tournament officials, and they did a sting operation. The fish were placed back where they were found, and law enforcement waited the guy out for him to return. When he did, he got busted, and banned from all tournaments.

Got it on a Tequila Sunrise Power Worm with a 1/8oz tungsten weight. Wanted to try something today I haven't used in a while.

 

Caught some others on a speed worm but none were worth snapping picks of. Fish seemed really active though, they were nailing baitfish on the surface and around the banks.
