Is the Diawa zillion worth buying. P.S. I'm not getting one just wondering

The Zillion is an awesome reel.  I have a few of them but I don't know if I would pay $319 for one, they were $289 a year ago.  I got mine new for considerably less.  

Plenty of Zillions on the secondary market for under $200. I'm waiting on Tatula Type-R reviews before I make a move. I've been eyeing a Zillion Coastal for a long time.

Zillions are my personal favorite. They are a beast of a reel and the profile is perfect for palming in my hand. I have never paid full retail for one though, especially not now with the relatively recent price increases by Daiwa. If you do decide to get one, go used.

I love my td-z. I upgraded it with a 100m spool,hawgtech handle and boca orange seals.

Solid reels when bought at discount....I wouldn't pay full price but they are dependable, smooth tanks.

I picked one up at bass pro shop during the reel trade in. They were marked down to $199,and I got another $20 off that. Every time I use it I regret not buying the other one they had in stock.
