the days start getting longer.

At my age I am careful not to wish for the quick passing of time-I am on a limited budget. With this said, the short days do wear on me. As John Denver once wrote, "Sunshine Makes Me Happy".

At your age?  Wait 'til you reach my age.  If you think time passes by quickly now, just wait until you are in your sixties, then seventies. 

 

I'm not wishing the next six plus weeks away.  It's a case of looking at the glass being half full rather than half empty.

I know.  I can not wait.  I despise this time of year except for the hunting.  Wake up and go to work in the dark and come home right before dark. 

What I do like about this time of the year is changing back to EST, I don't have to wait as long for sunrise and that's when the fish turn on.  Also winter time is my bass time and sunset comes earlier, good time to fish.

I enjoy it when the days start getting shorter. Its dark when I go to work and dark when I come home. However I have gotten lots of outdoors time accomplished the past two weeks.

I enjoy this time.of year up hear cold , dark I find my self.tinkering with baits a lot more.. kind of a relaxing for me

nothing better than looking at a glass of beer as half full

I always thought the days were the same length.....
