Does anyone know of a soft plastic lizard that FLOATS - many say zoom but they sink like a rock. Any suggestions?

I have these strike king ones, may be a promo though they are in a half baggie type package, got them from Felix from this site (thanks again for the mini tackle bag man!). They say floating but I never used them before.

Wont let me link to site but google Strike King 3x Iguana  a few on the first page has 10"  Iguanas in stock

If you do get some you have to keep them cool or they melt easy, plus keep them separate from others, they are very stretchy.

zman only float the tail up from the bottom and sk aren't available anymore - after calling all the companies they advertise "floating" - it appears that none do

Bass Pro line of plastics make a floating lizard. I have a pack, and they do float.

How high are you wanting them to float? If they're rigged with any kind of weight towards the nose then they're going to float nose down. I have a bunch of bags of 3X lizards I bought for $.50 a bag when Cabela's discontinued them a few years ago, they float just like the Zmans do. I really like either of them on a C rig because they float off the bottom with a 3/0 EWG hook. You can still find the 3X lizards too, I did a search for them and found plenty of them out there for sale.

Maybe everyone is misunderstanding me, my fault, I want them to float on the surface. All the 6 and 8 inch live lizards here run on the surface they don't go to the bottom. Having the tail float off the bottom won't help me. Thanks for all the help anyway guys.

Rig the Zman or 3X lizard on a 2/0 light wire EWG and it will float pretty high. Fishing it on braid will help also since it floats the line won't drag the nose of the bait down also. 

Consider a custom plastic maker and ask them to make them without salt. That is what I do with Shakey worms and finesse worms.

You can do some pretty cool things with stryofoam and superglue. (Rage lizard cough* cough*)
