My partner found this building about 25 years ago, abandoned with half the roof missing.  We wired it and put phone service but never put a roof on.  We squatted free for 10 years, plus we rented out about 150,000 sq ft of the 300k lol, my partner really knew how to push the envelop.  In the frigid weather we parked the rigs inside and ran them all night, diesel fuel gels in real cold weather, fumes not too bad as a big portion of the roof was missing.  Fast forward many years I see the new owner put a roof on.
