Can someone please help me ID this topwater lure I found.

It is about 4-4.5 inches

It has a wide gap in the back treble

The back treble was dressed at one time

It seems to have two rattles in it, one in the tail end and one bigger one above that.

It is painted clear plastic

Looks like a Rapala to me

Pretty sure it is a Rapala X-Rap Sub Walk, in Olive Green.

I think it's a Rapala Skitter Walk. A Sub Walk has an extra small fin that sticks out on each side of the bait just ahead of the rear treble. I can't see a fin in the picture.

It looks like a subwalk but doesn't have the fins. I couldn't find a skitterwalk in the same color and the skitterwalk don't have the same back hook. The gold color on the subwalk matches it perfectly.

I found it in a river known for fairly large smallmouth so I'm kind of curious how the previous owner lost it.

It's a skitter walk in either silver mullet or chrome. Hard to tell from the pic, but those colors are very similar.

Looks to be the rapala x walk in rusty craw color if it has to little flanges on the tail its an sub walk never caught anything on one

Skitter walk in the larger size it appears to me like, probably weighs close to an ounce doesn't it? I have one of the large ones in silver mullet, thing is loud and it casts a mile. Only reason I keep it in my box is for jump fishing. It kind of looks like the golden mullet color but not as reflective. Possibly a color that is no longer made or something. 

It isn't a Skitter walk, it is an X-Rap walk and I'm pretty sure they don't make them anymore. These were made in 3 sizes, the 9, 11, and 13 and what you probably have is a size 11. I fish the Susquehanna river for smallmouth and my personal best was 5lb 4oz caught on the old model Zara Spook which is close to 5" long and weighs 7/8oz and one secret to catch big smallies in the warm water is to use big topwaters because they eliminate a lot of the smaller fish at that time of year but the big girls won't hesitate, they'll eat it!!!

Spot on. It is a X-Rap Walk in Gold Color. I've used super spooks to catch big smallmouths all last summer. I'll probably redress the tail and use it this year.
