What does it look like?  That will depend on the people willing to make it for you.   Can you post a pic of the bait?

Here is pic of bait. Its a weird one. The smallmouth here at Table Rock couldn't leave it alone and wouldn't spit it out.

Good luck on that.  That would probably take a machined injection mold.  The last one I had quoted to me was $400.  I didn't feel like I would ever break even on it so I passed.

Correct, never saw a mold like that. Custom mold for that much machine work would be thousands

Thats a yum bait check walmart they had a bunch in their clearance box for 1.96. I passed on them as it seemed to have too much going on with it betweenthe tail and appengages and fins.

Yes they are a Yum bait. I bought all I could find within a 60 mile radius.
