Curado G's I think were $60 off plus you can do reel trade in. I'm not a shimano guy but that's tempting.

You can't do the trade in on the Curado. The Curado don't go on sale until after the trade in is over.

TW for me. Better selection and faster shipping. Doesn't take much to get to the $50.00 free shipping level.

Academy has free shipping at $39.99 and Fish USA has free shipping on anything. Just bought some Ice Fishing--- yes Ice Fishing stuff from them.

If it cost $.99, it ships free. Some stuff on sale there too. I threw the BPS Classic flyer in the trash. Nothing interests me except maybe the Havoc Senkos.

If you're looking for a rod or reel, give Ron a shout at Valley Sports. He'll take care of you. Shimano wants to unload the Curados because there is a new model coming out and when it hits, nobody will buy the G series. I'll stick with my trusty 200E7's. Wouldn't trade 1 for 2 of the G series.

Well its going on day 5 now, still no order in my account. They charged my card though. I have emailed them twice with no response. If I dont hear anything today, I will be calling them later this afternoon. Im really dissapointed in their service, and I sure wont be using them again.

Were you logged in your account while you placed the order?  If not and you checked out as guest, it will not reflect an order to your account with them but still would be processed..  I have had that happen in the past on an order or 2 from them.  Could be the issue but who knows. Hope it gets sorted out for you.

Im a new customer so I didnt have an account, I created one when I ordered. Maybe thats why, that could make sense.

So I just got off the phone with them, apparently the hold up was that they were waiting on a missing item. Nice enough guy, but they could have at least sent an email informing me of that. Supposed to ship today, well see.

If you order something from me, I'm honest with my customers and if I happen to be out of it I will usually the same day and let you decide if you want to wait for it.  That's where the personalized service comes in.

Ron, I have ordered from you and have been pleased with your service. I would have ordered from you, but you don't carry what I was looking for so I figured I would give these other guys a shot. But believe me anything that I need that you carry I will most likely be going through you.
