Anyone use them? I placed an order with them on Monday morning, right away I got two confirmation emails. They didn't charge my card until today, and when I log on to my account on their site it says I have no orders. Anyone have issues with them?

Their shipping times are slow. Especially after a sale which they just had again. You will get an email when it is actually shipped as well. Their last sale i bought 2 rods. Took almost 2 weeks.

They always deliver... just not quite at the level of TW. I struggle to resist their random 25% off sales and have probably ordered from them 5-6x. The confirmations are not always consistent, but the delivery within a few days always has been. If nothing else, they'll at least get it to you quite a bit faster than BPS would.

Yikes. Glad im not is a rush, then again if I was I would have just ordered from TW and got 2 day shipping.

Only took a week for mine

They are typically my last resort, but the temptation was too great this past weekend. Placed an order to add a few items for spring on Saturday. Received 2 confirmation emails that day and Monday morning was provided the tracking info with an estimated delivery of this Friday. We shall see what happens.

I love it when they have sales, because I go to TW and get price match and get a free shirt

BTD is just fine.  They always have delievered to me what I ordered and at times they have good sales so why pass up the opportunity?

 

Just be aware that their shipping is very slow.  Know that going in and, meh, why not get a good price?

Orders at BTD are always slower after a sale, you'll get your stuff.  The problem is finding what you want in stock over there.

It's a gold mine for sales on Dobyns rods. Worth the long shipment for the savings alone.

Curado G's I think were $60 off plus you can do reel trade in.  I'm not a shimano guy but that's tempting.

As others have said BTD is slower and their stock can be disappointing, but they do have some great sales. I've gotten a few rods, reels, and more "general" tackle and never had an issue. I've called them after a long delay in shipping a reel (after a big sale) and the guys there were cool to talk with. 

If I order online it's usually a several hundred dollar order and I like my free shirt and stickers. Any order over 50 is free shipping but I always use fed ex next day shipping for $10 bucks

That's a good deal.  I haven't received the flyer yet, or my wife threw it out. lol.  Thank you for the information.  I'm fairly partial to Chronarchs and only stray for a couple techniques.  The Ci4+ seems like a keeper and I have a couple already but waiting for a thaw.

Ha Ha.  I went on a binge lately and decided I was done until the BPS classic came up....then....a buddy texted me the 20% off at BTD and the arashi deal at GM.

 

So, 9 Arashi and 12 jerkbaits later.....
