Yes I have. They are up to something. I dunno what. The armories around here have been buzzing too.

We have an army base near our house, haven't noticed any increase in air traffic, but I'm usually asleep during the day. You wouldn't think a guy would be able to sleep through a Chinook flying low enough to make the house shake, but I do on a pretty regular basis.

I live between two bases and work right next to several.  I have seen a rather large amount of flying via helicopter lately at my house.  Probably 2-3 times per week I have heard and seen them for the last 3-4 weeks.  They fly extremely low which is rare since we are in the middle of nowhere.  Also kind of odd since we have had such cold temps and large amounts of snow.  I am used to seeing the flying in the late fall or early winter, but not usually this time of year (they need to get their night flying in and they try to do it around the time change).

At the office I have seen almost nothing from my Marine neighbors, but I have seen a lot of movement on the army base.  They also had an odd drill this last month and possible that they may continue this month.  Usually it is pretty quiet here.  They have been using the gun range a lot the last month as well.  No major deployments going on from what  can tell.  Usually I am notified because I get them dental ready for overseas tours.  Oh well.

Nah, I am a civilian dentist located close enough to several bases who don't have full time dental staff.  I am the good guy who actually takes care of you when the military dentist screws it up.  The military pays like crap, but I consider it my service to my country.

I think the President is going to flex his mussels and we are going to invade Toledo.

We'll show those Russians that the USA is still a powerful country.

I know how to sear scallops, saute shrimp, poach lobster, steam crabs and fry fish, but I have no idea how to flex mussels. Give us a recipe please, detailing this technique.
