Got news today, offically from the city, that they're putting in a Cabela's.....literally 10 minutes from my house.

 

Great, I thought I had appeased the baitmonkey, then he moves in next door.

 

For those of you interested in the location,they're putting the Cabela's at Hamilton Towne Centre - Interstate 69 exit 210 in Noblesville.

Thats the monkey flippin you the bird.

    Lucky you...When will they have it up and running?

Maybe it's a sign that you need more!!! 

Might take a year, plenty of time to save up

Even worse, I have a Tackle Warehouse right here in my house   

Oh yeah! I'm in west central Indiana so it might only take me an hour and a half to get there. I think once it gets built I will be making two visits a year!

I saw that on the news earlier but didn't hear where they were putting it. Now I'm going to spend even more money since its 2 miles down the road from my work.

Looks like it's slated to be finished by spring 2015

I feel your pain...a BPS just opened in Raleigh and Cablela's is coming next year, and it will be 5 minutes from my house. I did the only reasonable thing and got a job at the BPS.

I heard about that, I'm only 15 minutes away! Woo hooo

 

Man try having BPS and dicks within 10 minutes then the main BPS and Catalog store within 3 hours and a cabelas within 1.5 hours it makes for really long weekends

I guess i am different because i live within 15 minutes from a BPS and they are building a cabelas too....and still don't go...i shop online or at the local place right down the street.

 

I guess the bait monkey is just a constant force with me and buying online is soooooo easy i just go that route instead

Dont feel sorry for you.  I have a BPS 20 min from home and they built a Cabela's here last year 20 min from work.

When I saw that I was ecstatic!!!  About 20 min from me!!!  Great for the community and great for outdoorsman in this area.  Feel bad for Greenwood that they lost out due to the bad economy in 2008, but definitely like this new location better!!

That's why I live in the middle of nowhere. The gas station down the road has a very limited tackle selection. No if I can just stop UPS from delivering to my house I'll beat the addiction.

Be safe ouy there, i heard of a few guys who tore a bicep carrying way to much tackle out.
