Although Summer does not officially arrive until Sun Jun 21st , many areas are experiencing temps hovering in the low 90's now ...What are your go -to tactics for bass in hot weather conditions ?

12" worms are my favorite bait in the middle of summer...

I'm gonna use jigs more when the fishing gets tough this summer and see if I do any good...

football jigs, big worms, shakyheads, and deep cranks.

Big topwaters - big worms - deep cranks (if I must) - frogs - frogs - more frogs.

Fish rivers

A jig pitched into the heart of the nastiest timber I can find.

Favorite tactic... deep weed lines, shallow humpsn lots of carolina rigged plastics and jigs.

DD cranks and FB jigs on deep water structure like points and ledges. Also T-rigged plastics in/around isolated vegetation in 6-10 FOW. My favorite, favorite though would be punching mats (when that bite's on).

Buzzbait in the morning.

3/8oz Football jig w/ paca chunk or a dropshot w/ 3" twitch tail or a Dream shot.

Pitching jigs in the weedline
