Cause everyone is too PC. Uncle Sam is just sticking his fat nose where it doesn't belong. He does that alot now.

Wrong....it has nothing to do wit the government sticking their nose in, it has to do with a group of people having a suit against the name of redskins, not the logo, and the government then is involved as far as trademark goes.  Doesn't mean the Redskins have to change their name but if upheld, which it won't as it hasn't been in the past, it means anyone can use the redskins name and make money without paying royalties...

Wrong....it has nothing to do wit the government sticking their nose in, it has to do with a group of people having a suit against the name of redskins, not the logo, and the government then is involved as far as trademark goes.  Doesn't mean the Redskins have to change their name but if upheld, which it won't as it hasn't been in the past, it means anyone can use the redskins name and make money without paying royalties...

Yahoo sports just ran an article of how that trademark crap doesn't amount to a hill of beans and it doesn't mean it isn't rights reversed. People still cannot run around using it, more importantly the NFL won't tolerate losing a dime, if that happens you bet they will have something to say.
