What do you guys use to lubricate your spinning reels?  Mine are way overdue for a little TLC.

Literally just did this today. I just used the Abu Garcia reel oil to refresh some areas. Seems to work OK.

I use a mix of the abu reel oil and cals drag grease. Then abu reel oil in the bearings.

Ardent reel oil , reel oil for bearings and BPS grease in a syringe .

I use 2 items, either I use Corrosion Block, which was suggested to me by a Shimano Tech @ Lott Bros in Florida. I also use Boca Bearings oil in a syringe, I buy it at their counter I live just minutes away.

INOX wipe down after I hit the line roller, handle, the shaft, sideplate screws, bail arm pivots with an INOX needle oiler.

I open mine up and saturate mine with rem oil.let um sit for a while then wipe down any that leaks out.it may be over kill but mine do double duty with saltwater .and make sure you grease the spool shaft and a light oil on bail and roller.

Marine or other water resistant grease for gears, heavy (gear oil) for bearings, light oil for bail pivot points, line roller and handle knobs.
