How do you guys fish a trickworm, like hook size or color and stuff.

Green pumpkin on sunny days, june bug on dark days. 1/16th oz wacky jig and hang on.

There is soooo many ways to rig is you could fill a book...

1/4oz Texas rig with a 2/0 round bend hook is a great way to fish it, I like the color bruised banana the most!

Throw it on a wacky rig, Texas rig, Carolina rig, shakey head, dropshot, you name it!

I fish a trick worm more than any other plastic.

Weightless on top -3/0 EWG.

They catch fish. Period.

My favorite color is black. If I can't have that. ... I want black.

Shakey head, T-Rig, jig it, or drop shot are the ways I've had success with one. Pumpkin seed, watermelon/red and junebug are my favorite colors.

There's no wrong way to fish a trick worm.

X2, they'll catch bass every way you can rig a plastic from weightless on a spinning rod with light line, to pitching into heavy cover with heavy line on a baitcaster.

 

I own dozens of different colors and brands of straight worms but it's pretty hard to beat green pumpkin, watermelon red, and black. A 1/8oz shakyhead is my favorite way to fish them. 

I fish the trick worm almost exclusively now. I always T-rig mine with a 1/16oz-3/16oz weight and fish it multiple ways. Picking it up and letting it fall works the best for me, and twitching it is a close second. Dragging it works, pretty much any way you can think to fish it.

Trigged, Wacky Weedless ( 2/0 Owner SSW hooks) or 3/0 mosquito... Short tricks on Swim jigs, normal size on football jigs ... I could go on, like others said.. It's a bait that really has nearly endless rigging options, you gotta love that.

All good recommendations above - however using a 3/0 size worm hook is a bit better suited for a Trick Worm (for a finesse worm a 2/0 size worm hook is ideal) .

What conditions would you fish bubblegum?

I like bubblegum in tannic water near cypress trees and also sometimes in tidal rivers. Tidal rivers are REALLY good for the yellow or yellow swirl trick worms. Rigged weightless and fished like a jerk bait just under the surface.

Just note. The zoom trick worm is a great weightless worm, but there are MUCH better floating worms. I was just throwing that out there as something it can do well.

sometimes I drop down to 1/0 or 1 hook size to get things just right - they still stick big fish.

Occassionally, just for fun, I'll take the rear treble off of a Jitterbug, and replace it with a T-rigged trick worm.  This gives the jitterbug sort of a rat tail.

I use from a size 2 - 1/0 for wacky rigging.

Colors: black; green pumpkin chartreuse tip; green pumpkin hold flake; watermelon magic, red.

Also TX, Jika rig them.

Look up videos on how to fish a flick shake rig. Its basically wacky rigging on a circle hook jighead and it is deadly on bass and works when nothing else seems to work. Super finesse and realistic. 

The baby bass and rainbow trout colors work great for me in the river's, either shakeyhead style or with the arkie u heads in 1/8 or 3/16. That real quiet splashdown is the ticket with these.

I use junebug color, Texas rigged.

During spawn texas rigging white onto beds is killer

Carolina and mojo rig, good weightless though too on spinning gear.
