Ah yes the almighty Lord Frog....The action looks like a young bird flailing in the water to me, one that may have fallen out of a nest or was trying to fly for the first time.

The blog is written with a bit of immaturity to entertain the readers (generally younger guys who are in bass fishing) :) . I really wish they released this earlier in the summer so people can take advantages of it in more seasons.
