Fuji Ez Kepper

I got it for my okuma tcs and it works well. No issues

I have one on every rod I own. It's nice to have for open hook lures. Most of my rods have Texas-Rig keepers that work great for plastics but are generally pretty awful for open hook and treble hooks.

I had 2 of them. Within 2 months or so the rubber ring that keeps them attached; dried up, cracked and fell off.

I have them on my JDM rods, and I have no problems with it. I don't know what kind of condition you were keeping them in to have the rubber dry off and crack.

Don't care for hook keepers.  I've grabbed that hook too many times when it's by the handle.  I hook my lures on the guide foot, works better for me.

I use them on all my rods. Nice to be able to change location if I want. No cracking, no problems. Works well with all hook styles and keeps the hook away from the blank - good thing, no scratches. I won't use any part of the guides or reel to accommodate a hook.

No problems here it has been on the rod for at least 6 years.....

Thanks for all the responses I just bought my first 2 Loomis rods and want to keep them as clean as possible.

Just Curious. From pictures, these would not seem to work with T-rigged baits. Do they? Have a couple rods I could use these on if they do.

Just flip it "closed", such that it's angled down. Bam! Just like any factory speced Texas rig hook keeper.

I used these in the past, on a Daiwa VIP crankbait rod, no problems for years and years.. Got one on a falcon spinner right now, no issues..

I prefer the Bill Norman Hook Keeper.

I bought those and the Fuji's from TW yesterday.  Wasn't sure what one I would like better.

I also bought both and decided to go with the Bill Norman HK.
