Spinner Bait Storage/carry

Featured Replies

What do you guys use to store and carry your spinnerbaits around in.  I have the Falcon spinnerbait wallet

but I'm not real thrilled with it. The skirts are constantly pinched by a new spinner you put in and when I take out a bait I have to remove several to avoid stretching the skirts.  Most plastic boxes either don't have big enough compartments or you have to put 3 or 4 on top of each other, also getting tangled.  Any suggestions?

Looks like a similar design as the wallet. Do your skirts get tangled or pinched?

Even though i have used SB,s all my life i find a new intrest in them for some reason.W-E the reason im buying a lot more and all i can think for ease of use is a Flambua with the zerust in them the square ones they hold your SB so nice and they prevent rust .So im buying 4 of these and im putting them in a duffle bag suit ti size ill figure that out when i get um i think they would work for ya !!

you can take a regular plano style box and cut knoches in the dividers...works perfect

I've got a couple like these

I don't know how you're toting your stuff, but if you have the space, Spinnerbait boxes are the way to go.  No squeezing arms, no pinching skirts, everything is hanging there..easy to remove.  I fish a lot of spinnerbaits and this is the only way to go, IMO.

I put all the spinnerbaits I think ill use that day in this box, also fits buzzbaits too.

I use this and for just a little over $3 you really cant go wrong.  Like stated, they hold both spinners and buzz baits.  My only complaint is there is no room in my bag for it so I forget it at home WAY to often.

its just a spinnerbait box, a plano one.

Look on basspro..there are plenty to choose from.

thats the one I have...love the double snap closure.

Yup he said it. Just a plano spinnerbait box. Nothing less

I use the spinner bait wallet.I like em cuz the're compact and I dont have a ton of spinner baits so they work out well.I use the same thing for jigs.

I've tried every version of a spinnerbait box I could find, and I've tried making my own. For my money, the Falcon is the best I've used so far. I carry two of them, and none of my other baits are as easy to access as these.

Shimano's spinnerbait soft pack works great. It's flat and you can see the lures by turning the "pages".

Falcon Spinnerbait box. The only tackle I carry, I carry in that box. Half for spinnerbaits, the other half for everything else. Its a mess.

I think the Falcon spinnerbait and buzzbait box are kind of hassle to use, I know everytime i want to put a spinnerbait away I'm not wanting to hook the arm of the lure to the hook just to put it away, and the buzzbait box is worthless unless you have the same buzzbaits with the same blades. JMO :)
