Carolina Rig Soft Plastic

Featured Replies

What is your favorite soft plastic to use on a Carolina rig. Also what hook do you use. Thanks for the replies.

Just about any soft plastic works on a Carolina rig. Some of my favorites are senkos, roboworms, and beaver-style baits like the d-bomb and sweet beaver.

I use a full sized brush hog on a 4/0 EWG a majority of the time.

I'm a big fan of the Lake Fork Ring Fry on a 3/0 EWG.   Check out the Kicker Fish Bubble Fry, too.  It doesn't look like much but it is an awesome C-rig bait.

Lizards and Brush Hogs.

4/0 Trokar Magworm TK-125 hook.

To give your plastic a different look, hook it from the side in lieu of the front.

7'' Zoom trick worms, but I am partial to Zoom finesse and trick worms.
