A couple baits I am finishing up, a newb at this so not up to the caliber of work I see from others but I am happy with these for the experience I have.

Wow very nice, I would fish those. Nothing wrong with those at all.

I happen to think that the work you did is great!! I don't think you need a ton of detail, just some great color blending and you will have a great bait and your colors are blended very well with good transition and fading, well done.

What angle do the jerkbaits point towards the bottom?

I have not modified the weights on any of these, honestly they are unpainted blanks I bought online. They have not actually been in water yet so do not know the angle they will set, yet.

 

with the weather keeping me indoors starting painting baits like this and trying to learn photography. been splitting time between the two
