Squarebill Crankbait With Most Realistic Colors?

Featured Replies

Which squarebill crankbait do you think has the best looking, most realistic colors?... and possibly a good selection of different ones

Mm these post make me wanna ...

Lucky Craft bds series or the 6th sense squarebills, don't remember the model numbers.  Before someone says it matters or it doesn't I just wanted to answer your question.  Hope this helps.

Custom painted baits may be an option you would want to look at as well.  You can look up dwain batey... I think he sells his own painted baits.

Just search ... Cooler story

I like the 6th sense ones, i think i will get a few.

Those academy ones look awesome, but there aren't any academy stores nearby me... if only TW carried them.

I bought them online when they were on sale for 2.99. Orders over 39 dollars = free shipping too

This 6th sense bait started out with a decent paint job ~

But the fish keep chewing it off - those darn pesky bass . . . . .

Live Target bluegill liplesses are very lifelike. But their Gizzard Shads probably take the cake.

How well do those things run? And how well does that paint last, because I am very tempted to buy one...

Don't own any. Just basing my opinion off of pics.

I was just at a fishing expo this past weekend and saw squarebills by Baker Lures for the first time. They looked pretty good if you wanna give em a look see. Like i said it was my first time seeing them so im not sure how reliable they are but they sure were pretty realistic.

I've been throwing the Baker cranks and jerks since there release. I've caught a bunch of fish on them and they're still like new. You are correct, they do look fantastic. Brian.

AR Lures are the real deal, unreal colors with great action to them. they are hand painted wooden lures and they look great.. They just came out with a new squarebill called the 4s to replace the crank 65. i have 5 of the 4s and they are dead on. I'm new to the forum and don't know how to post pics. i can send some pics to you if you want. they also have a great action with the coffin bill that the 4s have. the squarebill really searches and darts around with great action. You cant go wrong with AR

Norman crankbaits has nice colors. From deep divers to squarebills.

Yo Zuri 3D square bills put off a ton of flash in water. I've caught some really good bass on them.  Also the Storm Aghasi (Sp) paint job maybe just adequate but d**n the silent version has produced big fish for me.

I really like lc cranks spros are a nother good option.

The Baker Lures squarebulls have unique and realistic Sunsish paintjobs. Only squarebills made that truely susspend. Killers in the spring.
