Un painted platic crank ?'s

Featured Replies

Where can I find some quality unpainted/clear plastic crank bodies?  Just looking to avoid buying poorly made and un-tunable cranks.

Thanks

Cory

Jannsnetcraft.com...pretty cheap too. A better option though is to ask some of the wood carvers on here to make you some, you know the will be high quality if you have seen anyones work on here

The bass pro by my house has unpainted normans.

I'm going to call up the bass pro, those unpainted normans would work well.

I would go wood except that I want them to be mostly clear when I'm done.

Thay also have clear super spooks if you are looking for topwaters.

stamina and barlows are looking like the same thing, I've heard some rumors about the ones from janns.  Hopefully they're not all from the same place.

Thanks gang

Just called my local BPS, no dice on the clear normans.

I have spooks in flicker shad (green back, large silver flak glitter, clear sides and belly, red throat) and do well with them.

Barlows it is.

Hopefully they're not all from the same place.

More than likely they are? They sell a plastic crank that is very similar to a Bandit 200 that works well. Stay away from the ones that you have to glue the two sides together they are a PITA.

Is that the 103613?

  • Super User

Yes and the 103623 is the Norman dd14. Check out these guys for some more cranks?

The 3" fat shallow diver works well to and use to be sold at one of the major retailers in the US like Jann's. The 2.5" bluegill looks like it would work as well?
