Airbrush

Featured Replies

Ok guys. I would like to buy my own airbrush, but there are so many different kinds, and I just don't know which one to get. I don't want to top $100, if thats possible. Also, does it come with everything i'll need to use it or will I have to buy other things. Thanks for the help ahead of time.

Check your Hobby Lobby sales ads. They have some good top feed Iwata airbrushes at a fair price and have lots of sale for 25% to 50% off. I purchased mine for about $60 taxes included. It will be shown in art supplies.

Also look for the Micheals (craft store) 40% off coupons as they sell airbrushes.

The one thing to remember is practice, practice, practice because mastering the airbrush is not easy.  I did taxidermy for 10 yrs and painted many fish, etc. and they are honery.  Good Luck!

I have used a $70 brush from Iwata and now use a $19 dual action from Harbor Freight Tools. There is ZERO difference between the two. Unless you count the $50.   :D
