Most Unpretentious Fishing Show Host

I don't get any outdoor channels and have never seen much bass fishing TV.  But, I've been streaming some Bassmaster episodes via Amazon Prime.  Zona seems like a great guy.   But, the guy across from him (McGinnis or something) is so annoying, it is hard to enjoy the studio portions.

Now Mike just seems like a regular guy. I really enjoy watching his show.

Hootie

I consider Mike a friend. He's really like that in person. He does however know a little more about fishing than he lets on, lol.

Mike D from Lunkerville.

I have seen a couple of "boaters" (one in particular) on Lunkerville who treated Mike D. rather condescendingly.  I consider Mike a "regular guy", very likeable, and I took almost a personal offense to it.  I know he plays up the "novice facade" for the sake of providing information for the viewer.

That intro song though... get. out. of. my. HEAD!

them good ol' booooys....

nooooooooo

Mike D and Jose Wejebe.

Yup it's the down to earth guys just fishing.

Hank Parker is one of the top fishing shows.

I started out with gadda bout gaddis the flying fisherman with his float plane on sundaynites. Then it was Jerry Mckinnis on Saturday mornings we were glued to the tv set with our bowl of cereal. Here we are 40 years later I still stop to watch Jerry when he's on any show.

The Dime Store Fisherman was a good show too. The boys from Canada.

I just don't know when everyone is on at what time or channel. I dont watch much tv lately.
