Nevermind. I just saw that it is $135 at TW with the Tax Stim sale.

Anyone know why?

Gonna change them again there will be at least 14 diff curados and citicas the next 20 yrs

Dollar Yen exchange rate?

They should have stuck with the Curado G for a few more years. The braking system on the I is just weird. It's a hastle to tune/cast...but at least it looks cool. I took mine back after a four day test run and then ordered a Chronarch 200E6 on sale for $160 at Gander Mt.

Gander has them on sale for 154.99 plus a 25 mail in rebate, no limit per household.

For me I find the braking system works very well and easy to tune.

I think there selling them cheap because the reels aren't that good.

Lol I know , these reels are the best sub $200 reel I've used

Mine is on sale in the Flea market for $110 shipped with Shimano reel cover, used once...doubt it depreciates like a car ;) Just sayin....

I'm glad that they are working fine for most. Mine wasn't as good as I had hoped, but may have worked out with some tinkering. I wanted to take advantage of the return policy as fast as I could while Gander had the 200E on sale for $160.
