Bluegill pattern.

Ok, don't know if I like it or not. Let me know what you think. By the way, the blue doesn't look like that at all in person. The blue looks weird in the picture.

It looks awesome. If there were just a little more green on the sides it would be perfect.

The body color looks like a good yellow perch base. I wish the stuff I airbrushed came out like that :o Mine looks like a 1st grade art project :-[

Yea, it turned out to look a lot like my perch yellow. I plan to lighten it up some on the next one.

I think that is a really cool looking bait.   Your skills with the airbrush are outstanding.

You might try laying some netting over the sides and shooting a light transparent green over the yellow and then mist a light coat iridescent green over the sides.   The scales should really stand out from the yellow base.

I tried to do some green scales but couldn't get a good green to go over it. My transparent green just doesn't look very good. I tried mixing some different greens together but just got frustrated. I'll go back at it again tomorrow and find a good hue.

Thanks for the suggestions, I knew I didn't like this completely. If I can get some scales going on it I think it would almost be perfect.
