Julie's Custom Casting Rod

Featured Replies

So Julies birthday is a couple days away. She really needed a great fishing rod that was her style and no major manufacture makes something like what I wanted.  Ever since meeting Fishing Daddy (Lee) at Pickwick he has been really cool and wanted to help me out since he had met Julie down on Pickwick for one of BR's Road Trips.  Road Trips are awesome!!  What a great build.  I can see why it takes so long to make a custom rod.  This rod is phenomenal with awesome craftsmanship.  Here it is 7'1" MH,  Julies birthday present and yes I'm jealous and I will be fishing it this weekend.

Did it come with an UL for the baby girl? :eyebrows:   Great looking stick, she'll be stoked!  Be sure to post up the first fish she catches.

I'm glad she likes it. Let us know how it fishes.

Siebert... My tourney partner Dennis from Virginia Beach has us using your jigs. If you can make them, you can do a rod!!!

Btw.... You make some killer jigs.....

Great job! Always great to see rod builds!
