.. they aren't hard to catch on any of the typical carp baits.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

The top 7 carp baits in England....but notice what is number 1 on that list:  Sweet corn.  :)  And that's number 1 here in America as well.

I don't understand than why it didn't work here in NC. Do you prepare it some kind of a special way and how do you rig it?

Thanks.

I open the can when I get to the water toss a handful or two into the water then put a kernel or two on the hook that's it. I fish a small river though not a big lake so my chum basically stays where I throw it and it's shallow and clear I can see carp in the area and walk the bank till I find them.

I catch most of mine on live worms but my Pb was on a inline spinner.

Corn works great for me. Nightcrawlers or crawdad tails work good too but hard to keep the catfish away most of the time.

What carp bait works in the US the best? People say that boiles don't work here as they do in Europe. I tried sweet corn but it doesn't work. Also, I tried dough bait with strawberry jello and it didn't work as well. The only bait that works well is quick greats+white bread+creamed corn.  If you know other carp bait and it's known to be working please share it here.

go to www.carpfeverusa.com... have Tigernuts, large corn and flavored chum... good luck
