So I have been tracking my slammer like a mad man on its way from cali. The tracker says it was delivered to a woman at 9:13a.m. this morning, problem is there was no woman at my house this morning and i didnt get my package! I contacted UPS, they swear it went to the right place. The man i spoke with finally opened an ivestigation that can take a week and basically told me if they dont find it, i should try to get my money back from **! Uhhh its not there fault it wound up in the wrong hands! I was so excited to get this bait but now im stuck waiting.

 

p.s. SHAME on whoever kept my bait, may you never catch a fish on it!!!

Sorry to hear of this. I only had one close call. Fortunately was able to reroute the package. They said it was mistakenly put on the wrong truck.

Here's the thing about UPS. Delivered could mean anything from delivered to not delivered to you'll get it tomorrow to it's in the wrong state. You might get it tomorrow.

Had some hope for this happening until i saw the note on the delivery saying "met woman customer".

That sucks man.  I wonder if the package was addressed wrong or they just delivered it to the wrong place?

I had a similar thing happen.  I was eventually able to figure out by talking to UPS that they had delivered it to my block, but on the wrong corner.  There was an elderly lady living there who been trying to contact me (it's a small town).  She was pretty old and it was really icy, so she had been nervous about delivering it to me herself.

 

Hopefully it's something like that, but in my case they were able to figure out, with GPS, the exact location that it had been delivered to, by seeing which corner the truck had stopped at.

At least someone at UPS didn't look at the customs declaration on the package addressed to you and decide to take the upgraded Daiwa Alphas that you found for a song...

Keep on ups keep calling multiple times a day become a true thorn in their side always ask for the persons supervisor then ask for the supervisors supervisor email complaints to any ups email address you can find on the web!

I am in central IL if you really need one to fish...if we are close and can make it work I will make it work for ya... 

I've had a Wake jr. and a Spro rat tied on for the last couple of weeks, with minor success, but after seeing someone so pumped to get their Slammer, I'm going to have to switch one of my baits out, and give it a go. Thx for the inspiration.
