the joints are a through wire s.s. skelton. here's a negative pic to highlight the wire system. since this picture i modified the line tie to connect to the first hook hanger putting the stress directly on the line tie point.

the bass is 100% hand painted. the carp is tissue transfer on the sides but the back, belly and most of the head in front of the gill is hand painted.

That carp would get murdered by muskies in the lakes I fish.  Simply stunning baits, awesome work.

Incredible.

DUDE, can you do threadfin shad and gizzard shad? Well, what all sizes are there? 4",6" or 8" If you make a 4" or 6" that look that good and swim that good. Let me know a price

Great works of art as I've come to expect from you.   Fellas this guys is the king of handmade swim baits.   Check out the action on these baits, and yes he can do just about any bait fish you would like.

JR's work is certainly awesome. That carp looks great.

Dont think I would call him the king though. No disrespect intended.

Gheees, almost to nice looking to throw! Though, I would definately encase them in glass and frame-em! Outstanding work!
