I always check out the new products from DUO because they are very high quality and i think they are a good fit between quality and cost.  Lucky craft is right there also but megabass is a little rich for me.  Any who i found this little lure and it is very intresting looking.  Most likely will pick up two to try out and let you know how they work out.  I think the ability to customize and change things up is very nice.

That's really cool!   I'm a huge fan of Duo Realis baits. I've caught a lot of fish on their crankbaits the last couple of years.

That is a sweet looking little bait. I bet it would catch about everything too.

That's awesome!

I use that bait very frequently. They don't work at all. They're horrible. When you get yours just ship them to me and I'll dispose of them

No really though, those things are DEADLY when bass are hitting topwater on a nice still summer night, very similar to a jitterbug. You've gotta get your retrieve just right, too fast and they just drag through the water, too slow and they don't impart much action.

I've had the best luck slow-steady retrieving it, and also twitching it. Some of my biggest fish this year have come off it.

My local smallmouth river is still too high to fish, but otherwise I fully expect them to light this thing up.

One note, the entire body (being two separate pieces) is held together by the belly hook eye, which is also the screw that holds the body together. I lost a fish and Shinmushi because that screw loosened and the entire thing came apart on a fish blowup. If you're not going to take it apart and customize it, do yourself and favor and just super glue the entire body together and superglue that screw in place. I didn't like buying another $15 lure because of that.

Otherwise.....enjoy...and hang on to your rod!

I love Duo's jerk baits, haven't tried that yet but I do have something similar that works great night fishing.

They're awesome. I took it out with me this morning, for this year's FIRST (yes you heard me right, don't ask - RAIN) outing on the local river for smallmouth. As expected, they loved it. They weren't HUGE smallmouth, they never are, but it was consistent. Just find out the "right retrieve for you" - I know that sounds so cliche, but in this case it's really a matter of personal preference and what the fish are wanting the presentation to look like.

However, as I posted above, you might want to beef up the lure by gluing some of it together if you're not planning on taking it apart, it does tend to loosen up.
