polishing blades

Featured Replies

anybody ever used a rock polisher or tumble to polish spinnerbait blades when they get tarnished? if so whats the best polishing material to use in the tumbler?

Nope, I use ketchup and rub the blades.

Forget the tumbler, for tarnished dull blades, I use toothpaste.

I've used a brass shaker thingy (that's the technical term) that is used to polish up brass for reloading, loaded with busted up walnut shells, I believe, for the media.  I have also used polishing compound and a polisher thingy. ( also the technical term)
