$12K, huh? Well shucks, outta my league, too.

You gotta pay the big bucks to keep up with the latest and greatest.

Is that for real? I mean $12k!

I have one of those.... the 330 otomatic. It's actually a really cool design!

If I had 12k to blow right now I'd pay off my student loans and credit cards and spend a few hundred on a rod and reel that I would be perfectly happy with. Might even have beer money left over.

Skip it, you can have mine for a mere $8000.00.

I can buy a used 20' procraft bass boat, install power poles, electronics, and new trolling motor......still be under $12K.

But then you wouldn't have that sweet reel!

I'm rich!! I knew they were worth keeping all this time. If anyone is interested we can we out a deal. I can do like 10 for a even 100k so we both win. And if you order in the next hour I will even throw in a old Ambassadeur. That's a $9.99 value free! Just pay separate processing.

Yeah, I think I have a few of those "sweet reels" in my retired box of reels.  Hey I might be sitting on a couple hundred thousand worth of them "sweet reels"....lmao

Those old reels are priced that way because non-fishermen are looking for a collectible that would validate their "man card" among other snobby elitists who wouldn't know a bowfin from a bluegill. :laugh5:  They aren't so rare as they are percieved to be, as evidenced by others who have posted here saying they have a reel or reels like it.
