Where to get living rubber skirts???

I am looking for some living rubber skirts for my jigs. I am looking for some with the rubber collar on them, I don't want to hand tie them. Any guidance on where to find them would be great. Thanks.

    There is someone on ebay that sells them banded like that. I hate messing with living rubber because I always end up pulling the strands apart one at a time.
