As a father, I can't even begin to imagine what you are going though. Take strength in your friends and family and know many are thinking about you, myself included. I sincerely wish you and your family the best.

Take care.

Sorry for your loss.

Words cannot express my sympathies to you and your family. Every parents worst fear.

Praying for you all.

Sorry for your loss. I have 5 little ones, I am praying for you and your family. I cannot imagine what your going through.

God Bless

Oh man.  Prayers brother.   Keep fishing.   It is what your son would want for sure.  It will help in many ways.  By being strong and brave enough to share this with us, you are helping people who realize whatever they are dealing with may not compare.    Bass wishes.

As a stranger I wholeheartedly offer my sympathies. It's not exactly the same situation but I lost my dad almost 3 years ago this month and I understand the overwhelming amount of pain it brings. It always hurts but you make it through <3

My thought is that what made him most upset was seeing me upset, so I remember that and keep myself together for him. I'm sure your son would want the same.

Hugs :(

Sorry for your loss. One thing about time spent together in nature is the memories never go away.  Each time you go to a specific lake or river you will find your heart and mind filled with those sweet memories again.  I find I have trouble remembering things in everyday life, but can relive most every moment spent fishing with my wife.  I can not help but smile over each one. Thank God for that!  Have faith he will help get you through it!
