I understand megastrike has two versions, the regular and the Gary Yamamoto crawfish scent.Does anyone have a preferance?

I have never felt attractants are of much value. However, Megastrike has a vasoline like consistancy that might be of some advantage it terms of "feel" plus, Mattlures recommends using this type of attractant so the bass cannot hold and release his swimbaits. Apparantly, this results in better hook-ups.

I don't think the "scent" makes a difference.

I have both the original Megastrike and the GYCB Megastrike. They both smell the same to me. No where does it say that the GYCB version is a Crawfish scent but that doesn't mean it's not.
