Anyone use these? I was looking at adding them to my boat. I have a 18ft Quest center console but not sure if the mounting would be a fit on my storage lids. They have a grid style design under the lids not sure if it would be wise to mount with screws?

I have it in my boat. I used double sided tape and it's held great so far. Only issue I've had is your hooks will rust if you put them back still wet. Other than that, it's been a great space saver. 

I installed some on my boat. I used the bolts that was supplier and drilled through the lid. The bolt head are really small so the carpet hides them. Well worth the money.
