The prices on Shimanos look too good to be true.

I just tried to check out with a Chronarch in my basket and it said, "Minimum order must be USD $300 dollor" because they're a wholesaler yada yada.

last year i took the bait on a site that looks very similar to this.  but it was free shipping on .99c and $1.25 soft plastics.  they accepted paypal only.  i always change my paypal funding source to my credit card. of course it was a scam.  i figured i'd start small and if legit i'd re-order bigger.  it took paypal a few weeks to refund $8.97 to my credit card.  looks like they've gotten smarter and upped the stakes

if i had to guess i'd say the con is: package gets 'lost', they issue a full refund for items but keep ur $45 'shipping fee'

If you gotta ask....what do you think?
