After looking at all yall's boats all I can say is wow... :o :o...yall have the boats I have been dreaming of for a long time, kinda makes me ashamed of my beat-up little 14ft. moss-green jon boat with a 10 year old motorguide on it... :-[

I still love my jonny boat, I just wish I could have a big'ole Triton with a roaring Merc on the back... :o

Yea, but you can fish for a year for what I burn on a weekend for gas.

These big boats do have their drawbacks too.  You also don't need a gas guzzling, full size pickup to haul your's back and forth to the lake.   You can slide your's into any pond or lake around.  Can't slide these big boats anywhere there's not a boat ramp.   So, even if you got one of these big, shiney, fast bass boats, you would still have to keep your old jon, and find you find you would still use it more than the big boat. (after the new wore off the big boat and you got tired of spending so much on gas and oil)

Don't start knocking those old jons, I'm still very partial to mine.  Over the years, that old tin can's probably haul in more fish than all my bass boats combined.

Hey, a mid-70's Terry boat!  Wow, that takes me back!   Nice modifications too.

Sweet rig Bixbybass. And the Opti 225- I don't know about yours, mine is good on gas, but loves to drink that Merc Optimax 2-stroke oil. But hey, that grimace on your face when buying the stuff quickly turns into a :o when you drop the hammer. Good fishin' to you from a Ranger owner.  JB

Thanks J.............I  looked at every boat on the post and was suprised at how resourceful and creative guys are on here to restore and add features to their rigs.  For example, the 1964 restored boat on the first page.

Spring is next !  I got the fever real bad this year.
