For the guys that ice fish.. Whats a good artificial bait i can use to tip my little jigs that will improve my hookup ratio. Going after panfish.

Hmmmm.  I don't ice fish, but watch way too many fishing shows on TV.  A 1" Gulp minnow seems to be a popular artificial bait.

If you decide to use live bait wax worms are the bait of choice for panfish.

Any of the panfish sized Gulp baits should be good.

Wax worms, bee moths, and mousees if I can get a hold of them, are usually my favorite, but if I have to use artificial bait I use the gulp one inch minnows (often cut down a little), or a couple segments of the gulp euro larvae. 

gulp maggots or waxies work well
