How do you fish the Ned rig? Swim it? Drag it? What rod do you fish it on? What line? What size weight's the best?

Pretty much any retrieve will work. I like to shake the slack and slowly reel it. 1/10 or 1/15 has been the best weight. 6lb fluoro on a light spinning rod.

Fish it a lot in current allowing it to be swept downstream slowly realing it in to keep the line tight so they don't swallow it. 

 

Also have fished a 1/2 zinker on a slider head around docks and did really well.
