Just doing a roll call to see if there are any CZ fans on BR?

They're starting to become more popular and I've been on the bandwagon for a couple of years now. I currently own a P-01 Omega, a P-09 and a 75 Compact. All of which are great shooters.. accurate and reliable. The Shadows are quickly becoming one of the most popular match day pistols.

With the new P-10c due to be released to the US in the coming weeks the popularity will certainly be on the rise. It looks to be a truly great striker fire 9mm. I'll probably end up with a FDE in due time.

For those who haven't heard of them or simply overlook them you're missing out!

I have a cz 75, a shadow target and a cz American in 22lr/22mag. The shadow 2 is the latest and greatest if competition pistols are you thing. If I can find a cheap used one the cz 527 is 7.62x39 is on my list of guns to buy.

I have also heard that cz makes nice shotguns

CZ's are great but I hate how expensive they are now.

Will soon be getting my new and first cz rifle in a few weeks, I hope, never thought much about them till they came out with the 6.5 grendel in their line up, can't wait to get my hands on it.

My wife loves a CZ75, she's just not big enough to rack one. We just keep wheel guns around for her!

Get her a new P-10C when they finally release it.

Would love to see her in an auto but she's ok with a Ruger LCRx and I am just going to leave her in that!

Thanks for the thought though!

You could put in a lighter recoil or mainspring and see if that makes it easier to rack the slide

I have a Sphinx Sdp, basically a fancy cz.  Im a big fan of the cz platform.  Was going to get the cz p1 but ended up with the sphinx sdp because it is so awesome

CZ's are excellent firearms. They are accurate and the fact they are single/double action makes them excellent CCW pistols.  I've shot one for the first time last week and loved it. I am an average shot but felt very confident with a CZ P07.

So like I said in my original post, I ended up with an FDE P-10C. I've had it for about two weeks now and I really enjoy it. The ergonomics, the trigger, the shootability are all great. I would recommend this to anyone shopping the mid-sized striker fire market. It's quickly become my favorite CCW. I have to yet to experience any failures with a wide array of rounds, and I have shot pretty solid groups with it since new.

If you can find one, don't hesitate and jump on it!

Great guns. I've owned an early P-01, 40P, and 40B.

For those new to CZ's, these three guns are kind of a "set". The P-01 and 40B are wildly different guns, but the 40P is (or was) built using a P-01 frame and a 40B slide with a plastic spacer added to the recoil setup to make it all work properly. Very interesting handgun, and extremely accurate.

CZ had a really nice .17HMR out a few years ago that I almost picked up.  Ended up going with Anschutz instead because the CZ was brand new and not proven yet.  After it had been out a few months I read some range reports that it was holding groups of 1/2 MOA at 100 yards. Can't go wrong with that kind of accuracy!  I wouldn't hesitate to pick one up now.

I just brought this one home last week. I have not taken her to the range yet (or even wiped her down for a good picture) but I might get a chance this weekend...

Big fan here. I have three CZs myself, all are the model 527. One in .223, 7.62x39, and the brand new version in 6.5 Grendel. Awesome little rifles.

I have a CZ85db in 9mm. She's a amberdexterious cz75. On you tube it gets a high rating as one of the best 9mm pistols. Using 3' of Kentucky windage I can make pin point shots on rocks on the berm at 100yds. I really like the double action first shot. I did go up two sizes stronger on the recoil spring. Wolf gun springs has them. It cut down the recoil, cut down the cycle timing.

Don't forget the Czech cz82 in 9mm makarov it's a surplus military pistol. Same as the cz75 similar but shrunk down. With a 12rd mag it's another ccw gun. We also have the cz83 in 9mm mak, 380acp, 32acp also. It's been discontinued but I'm sure there are great used deals out there.

Been carrying a CZ P-07 for years. I've tried other guns and they just aren't as accurate in my hands. Utterly reliable too.
