Believe it's an owner? Anyone know if they are still made or who carries them?

Looks similar to Owner #5168W or 5132W it does have a CPS.

It is indeed an owner weighted twist lock hook.  If your looking for more i would recommend looking at the beast version.  For some odd reason i get a lot more life out of my soft swim-baits like the keitech with the beast version.

Ok no one locally carries them, I had a boater giver it to me when we were sight fishing last spring fishing senkos. Wanted to get some for this year. Thanks guys

I would agree that it's an Owner hook.

They patented that centering-pin spring.

I ordered some of those centering pins over Ebay so I can attach them to any hook. It was like $4 for 25 from China.
