Coming down to the wire ~ last 30 minutes of live coverage before weigh-in.

The Basslive coverage has been decent.

No Zona - wife's having a baby.    Davy Hite is a Stud.

Timmy Horton is working hard to hold off a charging field.

The wind is throwing everyone's bite for a serious loop.

Weigh-in should be good.

Been an interesting day, Ott gets another big one like he just got and it will be very interesting.

If the Basstraks weighs are even close to accurate,  Timmy Horton will no doubt be a little 'tight' at this weigh - in.

I hope Timmy wins. He's going to be the featured speaker at my clubs banquet next weekend.

That was very tight ~ Congratulations to Timmy Horton  !

Managed to hold off a lot of great anglers in less than ideal conditions.

I am a really enjoying these live tournament & weigh-in broadcasts.

I imagine he was sweating a little. 11 pounds on Sunday at Okeechobee usually isn't going to get you a win. It's good to see him win again, I like Timmy he seems like a good guy.

If you are in the Chicago area and would like to meet Timmy Horton, he will be speaking at our event next Saturday in Elmhurst, IL. Tickets are still available. I posted the event previously.

PM me if you have questions or you'd like to get a ticket.

Good for Timmy.  His TV show is one of the more palatable fishing shows on TV.

So Timmy Horton spoke at The Illinois Smallmouth Alliance event in Elmhurst, IL last night. He was at Bass Pro Shops event in the morning, got on a plane and was at our event by the afternoon. He could not have been a nicer guy. He talked and took pictures with everyone, spoke about his winning the tournament, and bass fishing in general, and answered questions from the audience. After he gave his talk to the crowd, he literally gave us the shirt off his back. The jersey he was wearing was the same one he wore when he won the event at Lake Okeechobee last weekend. He signed and gave it to us and I auctioned it off to the highest bidder which brought in $300!

There was a slight fog delay the morning of the first day. My Pro and I were staged next to him and exchanged small talk for bit. He is a very nice guy, approachable and seemed as interested in me as I was in him.

Love his show.  Kind of reminds me of Bill Dance.
