Featured Replies

Hello

About a week ago I found a tackle box full of old lures in my deceased Papa’s shed and I need help identifying them.

Thanks

If you could post a larger image with just a few at a time I'm sure myself and many others on this forum could identify them for you.

You have some Dalton Specials .I use to fish them . Mark Twain Lake bass loved them .

If you had the boxes the price goes way up.

Just an idea, but maybe try posting pics of 2 baits at a time, close up.

I agree, unless there is an eagle eye among us I am not sure many will be able to identify those baits yet alone try to tell you which one is which. It would be like barking out battleship commands...E-1 ...miss!

Post groups of 3-5 baits in a nice row and maybe even number them. Folks can guess the bait based on number and then you will have some sort of idea what you have and if you are lucky some kind soul could help you figure out what they are worth should you be looking to sell them.

I feel like I am channeling Hobo Kelly - "I see a Hula Popper, I see a Cordell spot, I see a Rapala minnow..."

You need to look at a antique-vintage bass lure book.
