yup, kids fiskars work well, you can even find them in a camo pattern.

I used to use the BPS split ring/braid cutters but I lose them on the banks.

I use the Rapala Braid Scissors. They work well and are cheap to boot. Only issue I had was when they got stepped on, they still cut fine but just take a bit more to operate.

I've used clippers, a knife, scalpel, Fiskars, and the Boomerang - all work but I prefer the Boomerang.
